Grape Concentrate, Acid Blend, Malic acid, Citric acid, Tartaric acid, Yeast Nutrient, Yeast Energizer, Pectic Enzyme, Bentonite, Campden tablets, Potassium Metabisulfite, Potassium Sorbate, Isinglass, Chitosan, Kieselsol, Grape Tannin, Wine Conditioner, Glycerine, variety of oak products, etc.
Lalvin Yeast: Champagne EC-1118, Bourgovin RC-212, K1-1116, 71B-1122, QA-23 (mead & cider), ICV-D47 (mead & cider).
Every second month we order liquid yeast from Wyeast, these go on a preorder system only. If you're interested, please send us an email and we'll put you on the list.

Dear Art of Brewing Customers,
We regret to inform you that our store is currently closed until further notice due to a recent fire incident. On February 25, the Nelson Fire Department quickly took control of the fire that was discovered in the early morning, and fortunately, nobody was hurt
We are deeply saddened by this unfortunate event and witnessing our store and life's work go up in smoke has been devastating for us. At present, we are beginning the insurance process and assessing the damage.
We understand that customers who have orders with us currently on site are concerned. Please know that we have not forgotten about you, but it will take some time to sort things out. We will contact you as soon as we have more information.
We are grateful for the heartwarming support we have received from the community, customers, friends, and family, which is keeping us on our feet at this difficult time. However, we are currently overwhelmed with communications, and it may not be possible to respond to all individual messages.
